Part Selection Responsibility
LC70Parts.com does not provide parts lookup services based on vehicle make, model, year, chassis number, or VIN.
Customers are solely responsible for selecting and ordering the correct part number.
We are not liable for:
Incorrect parts ordered by the customer
Customs duties, taxes, or fees unpaid in the destination country
In such cases, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:
Damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery
Delivery date is confirmed by the courier tracking system
Notification must be sent via email to [info@lc70parts.com]
LC70Parts is not responsible for damage occurring during or after installation, and no refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
Items are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Original packaging is intact
Proof of purchase is provided
Refunds apply to the item cost only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Failed Delivery
In the event of a failed delivery and return to our facility:
The package will be held for up to two (2) months**
Reshipment within this period requires payment of:
Original shipping cost
Return shipping cost (if applicable)
Once shipping fees are paid, the order will be reshipped.
No refunds are provided for failed deliveries.
If no communication is received within two months, a new order must be placed.
If a second delivery attempt fails, the package will not be reshipped, no refunds will be issued, and a new order will be required.
Warranty Disclaimer
No manufacturer or dealer warranty is provided on parts supplied through LC70Parts.com.
As a special consideration, we may offer a partial credit or solution for faulty parts. This requires written confirmation from a certified garage or dealer in the customer’s country verifying the fault.
